Exclude chips by cleaning tubes

A machined tube should not contain any chips. Anyone keen to avoid the presence of chips and dust particles in a tube can therefore rely on the total solution incorporated in our cutting lines. We integrate the cleaning of tubes in the automatic cutting process. The cleaning options available range from compressed air, through combined compressed air & brushing, to the rinsing & drying of tubes.

Chips removal

When it comes to the cutting line removal of chips from a tube, the exact dimensions are of little significance, as all combinations are possible. Following the complete processing of a product, you can therefore rest assured that it contains no chips. After all, the presence of chips can have highly adverse effects during product bending or other finishing.
