Machining

The structural tubes cut to size using a Bewo automatic cutting machine are often somewhat larger and heavier in size. After the tube has been cut, several machining operations can be combined to produce semi-finished products. This makes the application flexible. Do all tubes need to be fitted with holes or other punching patterns? This is achieved during the punching process as part of the post-processing. The processed tubes can then go straight to the paint shop.

CPO hand saw

As well as electric sawing machines, the CPO manual sawing machine remains a widely used tool, particularly in the construction and infrastructure sectors. This is because the manual saw enables the user to work flexibly when cutting tubes. As the material clamp is self-centring, the user can easily make mitre cuts in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions using a mitre lock. As a result, the saw always has the ideal point of contact, which reduces wear on the saw blade.
