To help you get the most out of your investment in production equipment, we offer a wide range of support services. Before, during and after changes to your production process, we help you make the right choices to ensure optimal utilisation and the best possible results from your operations.
Based on a quick scan, we guide you through optimising existing processes and advise you on the planning of new cutting lines. Our team of engineers and technicians is on hand to keep your machines in top condition. In addition, we hold a large stock of spare parts in our warehouse to support your operational reliability wherever necessary.
Consultancy
Our consultants regularly carry out free quick scans for clients. Such a quick scan provides concrete information on how processes can be improved and capacity increased.
What are your biggest challenges at the moment in terms of automation? We are constantly focusing on process optimisation and work closely with the customer to determine where in the workshop a machine will be most effective. We also carefully assess the added value that, for example, a packaging robot can offer.
Installation
Every Bewo sawing machine is professionally built from start to finish. Once the machine has been assembled to the customer’s specific requirements, it is dismantled and prepared for transport.
We then install and test the sawing line on site. In doing so, we also ensure seamless integration into the production process. The installation is carried out by a Bewo technician or a local authorised partner.
Training
We believe that proper training is the key to the successful and effective use of the cutting machine. Only by understanding all its capabilities and knowing how to make the most of them can you get the very best out of the machine.
We provide training at various levels for operators and technicians, as well as for production managers and technical/production engineers.
We also offer training modules for integration with ERP software and production planning, such as nesting.
Optimisation of the cutting process
We offer tailored solutions for every challenge, with process optimisation usually playing a key role. We meticulously identify opportunities for improvement. Even existing machines can perform better when the right optimisations are implemented.
We also share our insights to enable you to work in an even more targeted and efficient manner.
We also advise on how to extend the service life of saw blades, as we are well aware that your competitive position is largely determined by the cost per cut.
Preventive maintenance
Where necessary, we resolve faults quickly so that all processes are back up and running as soon as possible. However, we prefer to prevent faults from occurring in the first place. That is why inspections and data logging are essential parts of our day-to-day work. Our recommendation programme therefore includes inspections and preventive maintenance.
This is a continuous process of improvement, cost saving and quality assurance.
Monitoring and remote support
Monitoring and remote support help you to stay constantly informed about the status of your processes, even from a distance. Based on data, we can provide targeted advice. We are often able to indicate that maintenance is required before a fault occurs.

Parts
Where an industrial sawing machine is in use day in, day out, parts will occasionally fail or need to be replaced regularly. Thanks to Bewo’s standardised and modular design, we can supply a large number of commonly used parts from stock. These parts can often be delivered to your site within 24 hours.
Based on our monitoring data, we can advise you exactly when machine parts need replacing. For older machines, we also develop replacement kits to ensure your machine continues to operate reliably.
