Bewo machine operator training

Bewo supplies customers with a total solution, and the provision of training is a significant part of this. Employees who are going to operate a Bewo cutting line from have to take basic training. Prior to their basic training, however, employees may attend a pre-training course at our premises to get acquainted with the machine.

Bewo machine operator basic training course

Basic ‘saw’ training comprises a number of modules, which range from calculating the tooth pitch, the saw feed to the corresponding cutting time. The course also covers sawblade recommendations and the analysis of five products.

Basic and advanced training courses

Basic training is given on completion of the installation process. Once you have been using the machine for six to eight weeks, there is the option of advanced training. We are pleased to share our knowledge and creativity with customers, and this is reflected in our training courses. The advanced course, which can be taken in case of staff turnover, mainly provides more in-depth knowledge than the basic one. This knowledge assists companies in their further development. Employees acquire even more specific know-how regarding optimisation of the machine and the activities around it.

Certificate

The training courses focus specifically on operation and maintenance, and are given in the language of your choice, by a local commissioning engineer if necessary. We adapt each course training to the operators’ own level. They are awarded a certificate on completion of the course.

Quick guides

We extensive use of visual aids to help imprint the course material and associated explanations. We also issue quick guides, instruction cards that all operators can use as a handy reference. Furthermore, we use photos that clearly depict certain jobs, such as changing a saw blade.
