SCD Deburring
During post-processing, both ends of the metal tube can be deburred. This process removes sharp edges using deburring brushes, resulting in a smooth and safe finish.
ETS | DTS Transport System
Bewo offers a wide range of rail and transport systems for efficient and controlled product handling. Systems featuring roller conveyors and belt conveyors increase productivity, reduce labour costs and improve safety by minimising manual handling.

BMS Length Control Systems
For fast and 100% length checks on your products. Each product is measured, and those falling outside the tolerances are sorted out separately. In addition, products can be marked or coded for full traceability.
Laser marking – Permanent and accurate product identification
Laser marking allows tubes to be marked quickly and contactlessly with permanent markings, such as codes, logos or product information. Thanks to the high precision and speed of the process, product quality is fully preserved, without any deformation or damage to the material.
The markings are wear-resistant and highly legible, ensuring optimal traceability within your production and logistics processes. Through integration into the production line, the marking process can take place fully automatically, without any additional handling or delays.

CRP Blow-out system
High-quality chip extraction and blow-off system with a walking beam, fitted with five nozzles per position. Each tube is blown through individually to ensure thorough cleaning. Dust and steel particles are effectively extracted and discharged via a dust extractor, after which the air is filtered through a wet air scrubber.
SCM Chamfering Machine
This machine provides the ideal solution for chamfering the inside and outside of tubes and flattening the ends. The CNC-controlled chamfering machine uses rotating tools and has been specially developed for the finishing of bar and tube stock in large volumes.
The integrated product handling system ensures a fully automated process by efficiently transporting components into, through and out of the machine.

SCR Stacking Robot
The stacking robot collects products from the deburring, length-checking or cleaning machine and automatically positions them on a centring table. Sensors are used to check each tube to ensure precise handling. The products are then automatically placed into crates or stacked into bundles, fully tailored to your logistics process. Thanks to a user-friendly interface, you can switch quickly and easily between stacking on pallets, in crates or in boxes.
TCM Pipe Cleaning Machine
The cleaning machine comprises a washing and drying zone for complete product cleaning. In the washing zone, the products – either individually or in sets – are fed through a high-pressure wash bath via a segmented drum for thorough cleaning.
After washing, the products are transferred to the drying zone, where they are dried individually on a walking-beam system that transports the tubes in a controlled manner past powerful air blowers. This results in clean and dry products, ready immediately for further processing or packaging.
