The SCF-Sigma is a fully automated cutting machine, designed for maximum productivity and efficiency. By cutting multiple tubes simultaneously – up to 6 per cut – and thanks to a fully optimised process, this machine achieves an exceptionally high output. This shortens production times, keeps the cost per cut to a minimum and enables continuous and reliable production in large-scale applications.

The SCF Sigma can cut up to six profiles simultaneously. By servo-controlling the rotational speed of the saw blade and the feed rate, cutting times of less than one second are achievable, even when cutting multiple tubes simultaneously.

High-performance multi-cut

By utilising smart clamping devices and a powerful saw head, output is very high, whilst quality and accuracy are consistently maintained at a high standard.
