With the option of single and double cutting and short changeover times, this machine combines power with flexibility. The latest addition to our range is designed for processing large and heavy metal sections, featuring a robust construction and durable components. In terms of productivity, this saw picks up where the SCF Single leaves off, namely in terms of maximum reach and the capability for double cutting.
The range is Ø 8 mm – 102 mm (or 2x Ø 76 mm). We can adapt this range for specific applications, so that, for example, we can also process even smaller diameters. Please see the bespoke solutions page for further details.
This automatic metal sawing machine is used in infrastructure projects, by tube manufacturers and in the automotive sector. Thanks to the special clamping mechanism, individual products across the entire range can be cut using universal tools.

Versatile metal circular saw, designed for performance
Single or double cuts, large sections or small tubes? This machine is built to handle it all, including solid bar stock.
The design of this machine, the successor to the ECH and DCH models, has been engineered for heavy-duty use. All components are exceptionally robust; heavier-gauge materials and clever engineering ensure that the Omega can effortlessly process stock weighing up to 120 kg.
Post-cutting finishing is also tailored to these needs, with extra heavy-duty robotic or CNC deburring machines. A common application, for example, is the machining of piston rods, where the end is shaped to very tight tolerances. The anti-scratch package makes it possible to process heavy but delicate materials without causing damage.
